How do I become a member of the Case Alumni Association? 

Upon completing one semester of coursework from the Case School of Applied Science, Case Institute of Technology, or Case School of Engineering, you are automatically a member of the Case Alumni Association.

How do I register on the Case Alumni Association’s online alumni directory? 

On the top  right corner of the webpage, there is a "Log In" link. Click on the link and follow the instructions to "New User Registration."

How do I update my information in the alumni directory? 

Go to Alumni Directory tab ->Search for your name. Select you name, which leads you to the profile page.

Will my information in the alumni directory be available to the public? 

While updating your profile under Alumni Directory/edit your profile-> My Profile link, there is a checkbox on the right. This is how you decide how you will monitor your information to the general public.

My home address / email address has changed. How do I update my contact information? 

Please email us at casealum@casealum.org, and we'll be happy to change it for you.

Is the Case Alumni Association an organization that is a part of Case Western Reserve University? 

The Case Alumni Association serves the interests of the alumni and students of the Case School of Engineering and the math and sciences from Case Western Reserve University. The Case Alumni Association works in partnership with the university while remaining an independent 501c3.

I just graduated from CWRU, I recently received a call from a person asking for money from your organization, is this a legitimate phone call? 

Both the Case Alumni Association and Case Western Reserve University occasionally host telethons to raise money to the annual fund. If you prefer to make a gift to the Case Fund directly, contact Ryan Strine, Director of  the Annual Fund, at (216) 368-6399 or make the gift online through the donation page under the "Giving" tab.
