Trophy Competition Rules

1.) Anyone may enter the competition: faculty, students, alumni, staff, and friends of  
      the university.

2.) The winner will receive a $200 Visa gift card.

3.) The winning entry will be chosen by a judging committee of faculty and alumni.

4.) The winning trophy will be prominently displayed in a permanent location on campus.

5.) Designs should encompass Case's strong Engineering and Science background.

6.) Winning designs should highlight no department of engineering above others, yet be
      timeless in design.

7.) The trophy should represent the drive behind the Case Games Initiative - to develop a
      long-standing fun competitive tradition in the CSE.

8.) Winning artist must be able to work with engineers to see trophy through to completion.

9.) Kinetic, electronic, and other effects are encouraged ? - think outside the box!

10.) Deadline for entries are due DECEMBER 15, 2008.

11.) Entries should be submitted via e-mail to delia.mannen@casealum.org or by mail to 
        Case Alumni Association, Attn: Trophy Competition, 10605 Chester Ave. Ste. 309,
        Cleveland, OH 44106. Entries do not need to be technical drawings or designed
        using  CAD.
