Case Alumni Visiting a New Atmosphere
Friday, March 28th local alumni/ae came together to socialize and mingle at The Gage Restaurant.Even though the event was located in downtown Chicago, we had many special guests from the Cleveland area join us.The Case Alumni Association was the primary sponsor for the Physics and Astronomy Club to travel to the Fermi Lab.The students enjoyed the tour and especially were grateful that Mike Martens ’87 was there to answer all their questions. Mike also hosted the event and introduced Dean Cyrus Taylor to the group.The Dean spoke about the new directions for the College of Arts and Sciences and more generally about the current state and future directions for the university.The alumni/ae enjoyed interacting with the students who were still excited about their experience at the Fermi Lab.
