Student Group Funding

The next Case Fund Board meeting to hear student group presentations is scheduled for Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010.  This meeting will be in Nord room 516 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM.  You may start submitting your proposals now!

Introduction:

The alumni of the Case School of Applied Science, Case Institute of Technology and more recently Case Western Reserve University established an endowed fund to help the math, science and engineering student groups on campus to enhance the classroom experience.   This additional funding does not diminish the need for each student group to develop their own primary source of funding. Initiatives brought by student groups to the CAA should be educational or augment the student’s academic experience. Typically, the Case Fund® Board meets twice each academic year (early fall and early winter) to hear presentations by student groups. The Case Fund Board is a group of alumni that approve all distributions from endowed funds held at the CAA.
